Lost 36000 in first 12 trading days of 2008

The luck is against me again at the beginning of 2008.

On eve of the last trading day of 2007, I had 39500

- Huge drop (QQQQ $1 drop from 46.8->45.8) after market because INTC lower guidance

- Slapped by both bull MM and bear MM
- Account used to reach $15000 ($34000 if counting extra 20k C$)
Jan 17 (Thu): 3100 ($22700 if counting C$20000 injection)
- Account used to reach $12000 ( 31000 if counting extra 20k C$)
- BEN's speech ruined my final effort
- Missed the chance to bring total account back to 25000 if counting extra 20k C$
- Good point is that I cut and run after BEN's speech completion
I saved following accounts
98 QQQQ JAN$45 Call (at 0.95)
40 QQQQ JAN$46 Call (at $0.35)
52 QQQQQ JAN$47 Call (at $0.10)
Total: 98*0.95 + 40 *0.35 + 52 * 0.10 = 11230
I am wise at thsi point, what if QQQQ dropped to $45, I lost 11230 more!
